Biography

Geoffrey G. Wawrzyniak received the degree of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin--Madison in May 1999. He then entered the Graduate School at The University of Texas at Austin where he earned a Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering in May of 2001. While at The University of Texas at Austin, he was awarded the "2000 Texas Excellence Teaching Award for Graduate Instructors in the College of Engineering." He was employed at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California, in the Navigation and Mission Design Section until 2003, when he departed to pursue his Ph.D. at The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
