Biography

Henri Kjellberg was born in Vaasa Finland and proceeded to grow up in Singapore, Finland, Maryland, Puerto Rico, Florida, and Texas. He became a naturalized citizen while attending the University of Texas at Austin. Henri worked at the United Space Alliance through the co-op program in the Advanced Technology Department working on machine learning algorithms for flight control anomaly event monitoring software tools, as well as the Extravehicular Activities Tools group at the Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory. School projects include a Microgravity University experiment aboard the  NASA C9 "Weightless Wonder" and PARADIGM a pico-satellite to be launched in May 2009 aboard STS-127. Henri graduated with Highest Honors in the class of 2008. Currently, he is pursuing a Master's Degrees with plans of continuing on for a Ph.D. Henri is supported through the National Defense Science and Engineering Graduate Fellowship, the University Fellowship,the Graduate Dean's Prestigious Fellowship Supplement, and the Thrust 2000 Fellowship.
