Software Modifications and Performance Testing for TanDEM-X IGOR

This is a test program to modify an IGOR receive to have improved on-orbit capability for the TanDEM-X satellite.  The receiver is designed to be functionally identical to the TerraSAR-X satellite, which was also tested at The University of Texas at Austin and is now operational on-orbit.
